Graduated from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv Metropolitan University with a degree in Physical Education and Sport. Has 7 years of experience in the fields of physical education, health, and sport, including serving as the Head Coach of a swimming program. Also has experience working in a rehabilitation center with clients recovering from spinal, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Specializes in sports and classical massage, cupping therapy, and kinesio taping. Graduated from the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport with a degree in Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Has over 4 years of continuous professional experience working in private massage and wellness studios. Has a long background in boxing and experience working with athletes, giving him a deep understanding of the body's needs after intense physical activity, injuries, and prolonged stress.

Specializes in physiotherapy, therapeutic massage, and segmental massage for the back and legs. Graduated from the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport with a specialization in Physical Therapy, as well as from the Cherkasy Medical College with a specialization in General Medicine. Has more than 6 years of experience working in medical clinics and rehabilitation centers, specializing in: Recovery after musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries (ligament and tendon injuries, metal osteosynthesis, joint replacement surgery, etc.) Treatment of joint pain and back pain syndromes Myofascial pain syndrome

Specializes in therapeutic and recovery massage, as well as physiotherapy. Graduated from Chernivtsi National University with a specialization in Physical Therapy. Currently a lecturer at the Department of Therapy and Rehabilitation at NUPESU (Kyiv). Has 10 years of experience as a massage therapist and 4 years as a physiotherapist. Skilled in manual therapy, IMMT (instrumental soft tissue mobilization), cupping, dry needling, kinesio taping, and more.

Specializes in sports and classical massage. Currently studying at the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport with a specialization in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. Completed an internship at a rehabilitation center, where he worked with wounded servicemen during recovery. Has practical experience in muscle recovery and relaxation techniques. Work experience: Over 5 years of experience working in a massage studio. Since 2023 — massage therapist for the Ukrainian national track and field team. Currently works with professional athletes and has a deep understanding of the recovery needs of individuals with a high level of physical activity.
