Sports Foot Injuries

Ankle ligament sprain is one of the most common types of sports injuries.

That’s why, before starting any sports training, it’s important to warm up properly to avoid or reduce the risk of such injuries.
- A proper warm-up helps you:
- Improve overall and local blood circulation
- Enhance neuromuscular control
- Increase freedom and range of motion

Plantar flexion of the foot – 25 reps
Eversion of the foot – 25 reps
Inversion of the foot – 25 reps
Dorsiflexion of the foot – 25 reps
Myofascial release of the sole – 30–60 sec
