Achilles Injury Prevention for Runners
Achilles tendon tendinitis is one of the most common injuries among runners, both professionals and amateurs.
In most cases, this injury is chronic and occurs when training loads exceed the athlete’s physical preparedness.
To avoid such injuries, it is essential to do a proper warm-up before training and perform additional exercises to strengthen the target muscles and tendons.
